Kelly joined Waterstone in 2021 and is an admitted Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of New Zealand. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce Law and LLB from University of Pretoria (South Africa). She has had multiple appearances in the District and High Court, as well as the Court of Appeal. She is passionate about the niche area that is Insolvency Law.
