Peter Drennan
Peter joined Waterstone in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and LLB from Victoria University. In his time at Waterstone, Peter took several appointments as a Liquidator, while also providing internal legal guidance. Following a long hiatus in Canada, Peter is back in a consulting capacity and manages Waterstone’s interests in Christchurch. peter@waterstone.co.nz
Bede Henderson
Bede joined Waterstone Insolvency in 2024 as our Wellington Manager. He is a chartered accountant with a background in small to medium sized enterprises and also has experience as an independent consultant for large organisations. Bede is passionate about building relationships and understanding businesses. bede@waterstone.co.nz
Michael Turner
Michael joined Waterstone as one of our Insolvency Officers. He has a BCom in Accounting and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland. He previously worked at a well-respected Parnell accounting advisory firm. Michael is involved in business sales, restructuring and forensic analysis. William Robinson
William joined Waterstone in 2019 and has made substantial progress during his time at the firm. William holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington. William enjoys restructuring companies to explore every chance of survival for distressed businesses. William@waterstone.co.nz
Stan Denisenkov
Stan joined Waterstone as one of our analysts. Stan has a background in finance and insurance, with experience in private equity and financial services. He has master’s degree in applied finance from Auckland University of Technology. stan@waterstone.co.nz
Ben Jury
Ben is a Graduate Analyst at Waterstone and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland where he was a distinguished graduate. He is a certified associate in project management and has working experience in tax advisory. When not crunching the numbers Ben partakes in triathlons, running and endurance racing.
