Receivership Sale: Premium Development Opportunity in Clearwater

The receivers of The Amar Hotel have decided to sell one of the last available sections part of the Clearwater community, and we have been told to present all offers. Initially, a hotel was planned to be developed on the land, however due to insufficient capital the project could not go ahead. All the hard work of scoping what can be done and consents for the land have been obtained from council. What happens next is up to you.
